Collaboration Specialist from IBM to Join Government 2010 Session
ByStuart McRae is an Executive Collaboration Evangelist with IBM’s Lotus Software, responsible for articulating IBM’s vision for Collaboration & Social Software for the Enterprise. He will be taking part in our panel discussion at Government 2010 focused on open data, mashups and web apps.
Stuart supports key customers, partners, marketing events and analyst briefings worldwide with a blend of technical, business and market experience.
Prior to his current role, Stuart has worked in Technical Sales, Business Transformation, Product Management, IT Architecture and Development within Lotus.
He has been with IBM/Lotus for 15 years, and before that was International Product Manager for e-mail specialist Soft-Switch and Technical Director of computer fax & telex start-up Systems & Telecoms.
He has also led standards work in EMA and the IETF, and served on the board of several independent IT associations and user groups, such as SHARE Europe. He is currently on the board of EEMA and an EEMA Fellow.
