CRM and Change Management Specialist in G2010 Panel
ByMichael Juer, Customer Solutions and Innovations Manager for Northamptonshire County Council, will be joining the Government 2010 panel focused on Government Service Centres and chaired by Jeff Peel.
Michael is a senior manager, consultant and programme manager with 30 years experience in the area of business change around IS/IT programmes. He has in-depth experience in the associated change management that accompanies major transformation where organisations seek to redefine ways of working across functional and geographical divides.
Michael has extensive experience of running IT businesses and major IT programmes and has worked with both private and public sector clients. His early career in PC networking led to his business launching the first CRM system in the UK in 1989 – a business which became a leading European vendor of CRM systems and completed a successful trade sale at the end of the 90’s. He then set up a consulting business which led him into the public sector where he now has a role as Customer Solutions and Innovations Manager for Northamptonshire County Council.
