At our workshop in London a few weeks ago we asked Abigail Gilbert of think-tank NLGN and Stephen Morgan of Squiz to discuss how digital initiatives might work to enhance public service provision.
Abigail and Stephen chatted about how authorities are engaging, increasingly with platforms and smart city infrastructure to improve things – with a strong focus on procurement issues, as well as citizen-driven attitudes.

Goodwille and Quadriga Consulting join forces to provide outsourced business support and market development to technology firms entering UK
Mobile World Congress, Barcelona and London – Two UK based firms that provide services to technology companies planning UK market entry today announced that they are joining forces to provide a unique amalgam of services.
London based Goodwille provides all the company legal, financial administration and people management support companies need to ensure they are properly administered, managed and monitored. This makes setting up a new operation in a new environment much less frustrating and expensive.
Quadriga Consulting, based in Belfast and London, provides an amalgam of marketing and business development services to client firms – with a strong focus on mobile and enterprise software clients.
According to Annika Goodwille, CEO of Goodwille, “We have 18 years’ experience supporting companies of all sizes entering the UK market. Quadriga Consulting has been trading for over 13 years. So collectively we have built up a considerable client base and reputation over those years. At Goodwille we focus on all those functions that companies need to get right as soon as they establish in the UK market: legal, finance, HR and payroll. But we recognise that businesses also need to hit the ground running with marketing and business development support. That’s where Jeff and his team at Quadriga Consulting come in.”
The new combined service is being launched at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona for good reason, as explained by Jeffrey Peel of Quadriga Consulting. “Mobile World Congress is the focus event for more and more companies as mobility and cloud impact just about every aspect of technology. Many early and mid-stage firms converge on Barcelona – perhaps exhibiting on country pavilions – and use it as a spring-board into new export markets. If these companies are considering UK market entry and need support, we can help. Together with the team at Goodwille we can give them the support they need at a very affordable rate. We can also help build the channel base, create appropriate marketing content and even research the market. So we’re keen to meet and chat to firms attending MWC15 to discuss their UK-focused plans.”
Jeffrey Peel will be attending the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona from March 2 to 4 and will be located in Hall 8.1 Stand H49. However we recommend scheduling a meeting in advance. Please contact Jeff via email on email@example.com or via mobile on +44 78 1666 4650
