Jeffrey Peel founded Quadriga Consulting in 2002. Quadriga specialises in researched content marketing and editorial services for international business-to-business brands based in the UK, USA and Middle East. Jeff has also chaired many events focused on topics such as eGovernment, Brexit and digital transformation. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Economic Affairs, the London based classical liberal think-tank.
Prior to establishing the firm Jeff was VP Marketing for Amacis Ltd, an enterprise CRM software firm (now part of Oracle ATG). He also gained client-side experience at 3Com (now HP), where he ran the marketing communications function for the company’s hub and switch division. Jeff was also a Director in two major market research firms – Research International in London and Response Analysis Corporation in Princeton, NJ. He has a Degree in Economics from Queen’s University, Belfast – and post-graduate qualifications in both Law and Market Research.
Jeff appears regularly in the media to discuss social/business policy, free market economics and the role of technology in economic growth. He published a book on CRM in 2002 (Butterworth Heinemann).
Larry is a marketing & strategy specialist with 15 years of experience leading marketing organizations and growth initiatives at top Fortune 100 companies and start-ups. He has functional expertise in all facets of B2B/B2G strategy and his marketing background spans commercial, government, defense and international markets – know the differing marketing approaches required to enter, successfully compete and build synergies among markets. He has extensive international experience – having led global marketing operations and product roll-outs. Larry has a Wharton MBA with MEngEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic and BSEE from Case. He speaks four languages.
Owen Polley – Senior Associate (Public Policy)
Owen is a policy and public affairs professional and researcher, who worked for five years for the Conservative Party. While at the Conservative Party he was responsible for policy development, policy support, campaign activities and media. He is an experienced researcher and accomplished writer, accustomed to working on policy documents, news stories, web content, feature articles and detailed briefings. Owen studied Law at Dundee University.
Neil Johnston – Campaigns Director
Neil worked in politics in London before returning to Belfast to work in public affairs for the RSPB and then the BBC. Since then he has worked for a wide array of clients including Pfizer, Easyjet, the Freight Transport Association, NI Chest, Heart and Stroke and the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI). He is a politics and economics graduate from Loughborough University and a former chair of the Northern Ireland Government Affairs Group.
David Allen is a highly experienced self shooting -producer and editor. In particular, he has a great deal of experience in telling impactful human stories. Much of his work – such as the 4thought.tv series for Channel 4 – has been viewed by millions on terrestrial TV in the UK and worldwide via Channel 4’s online portal. He has also produced and directed programmes for the BBC,CNN, National Geographic Channel, Discovery Channel, SKY and RTE. David has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in broadcast journalism and has been trained by the BBC.
In addition to his TV work, David has extensive experience of producing advocacy videos on behalf of government organisations such as HM Treasury, MOD and local councils and police force, as well as private sector organisations like The National Australia Bank, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Glaxo SmithKline. He has also produced advocacy films for a UK wind energy company and Party Election Broadcasts for UK political parties.
Liz Peel FCMA – Director and CFO
Liz has vast experience in financial planning and operational management covering IT services, telecoms and manufacturing businesses. She has held senior finance roles at EDS, Sterling Software, Energis and Diageo. Liz is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
