The first video focuses on blockchain and trust. It features contributions from Diego Zuluaga from the IEA; Seamus Cushley of PwC; and Marcella Atzori from UCL.  This first video lasts just over an hour and is an excellent backgrounder to the economic imperative for Blockchain (and how it removes transaction costs); it also focuses on how blockchain bridges the ‘trust gap; and discusses the emergence of permission-based blockchains in banking and public service provision.

In this video, Daniel Lacalle, the international Economist, argues that in an era where central banks are incurring increasing sovereign debts, citizens are increasingly viewing crypto-currencies and blockchain as alternative economic systems.
